2. Services
Ifagbaiye provides:
- Ifá divination and spiritual consultations with certified Babalawos
- Spiritual products and ritual items
- Educational content on Odu Ifa and Yoruba spirituality
- Account and payment processing for the above
Our services are offered for spiritual guidance, cultural education, and personal reflection. They do not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to book consultations or make purchases. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Consultations & Bookings
Consultation fees are due at the time of booking. We will use reasonable efforts to provide your consultation within the timeframe communicated. Consultations are delivered as described at the time of purchase; for refund eligibility, see our Refund Policy.
5. Spiritual Shop
Products in our spiritual shop are sold as described. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of spiritual or ritual items. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy for eligible returns.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm our team or other users
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Resell or commercially exploit our content or services without permission

The Ifagbaiye brand, logo, website design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission. Traditional Odu Ifa and Yoruba spiritual knowledge are shared for educational and spiritual purposes with respect to their cultural origins.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ifagbaiye and its Babalawos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product in question.
